Renata Glavak-Tkalić, PhD, is a senior research associate in the Institute of Social Sciences Ivo Pilar, Croatia. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at the Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. Her research interests focus on the psychology of drug (ab)use and addiction, psychopathology, family pathology, adolescent problems, interpersonal acceptance and rejection, and cross-cultural research. She is especially interested in the relationship of interpersonal acceptance and rejection and diverse psychological outcomes.
