Renata Glavak-Tkalić, PhD, is a research advisor at the Ivo Pilar Institute of Social Sciences. She is also a full professor at the Departments of Psychology at the Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. Her research interests focus on the psychology of drug (ab)use and addiction, psychopathology, family pathology, adolescent problems, interpersonal acceptance and rejection, and cross-cultural research. She is especially interested in the relationship of interpersonal acceptance and rejection and diverse psychological outcomes.
