David G. Rising (USA)
David G. Rising, Ed.D, is a licensed MA Level Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania (USA). He has been working in private practice at Cornerstone Family Health/Family Practice Center in Williamsport, PA since 1994. He has also taught at the graduate and undergraduate levels (counseling and psychology related courses) in various colleges and universities in Illinois and Pennsylvania. He received an Ed.D in Counseling from Northern Illinois University in 1999. One of his professional interests is to apply IPARTheory to clinical practice which he has been doing for the past twenty five years. In 2019 he coauthored an ebook with Ronald Rohner, Ph.D, titled: “Recovery From Rejection: A Manual of Client Handouts for Clinical Practice.”
