Begoña Delgado, PhD., Assistant Professor of Developmental Psychology at the National University of Distance Education (UNED) in Madrid, Spain. Her research interests include temperament, preverbal communication, attachment, and complex emotions–especially empathy. Currently, Begoña is involved in a research project studying the consequences of parental acceptance and rejection from the perspective of interpersonal acceptance-rejection theory (IPARTheory).
