Francisco Pablo Holgado-Tello, PhD, Professor of Psychometrics at the School of Psychology at the National University of Distance Education, Spain. His teaching focuses on psychometrics and design and measurement in program evaluation. In research, he has been interested in the construction and adaptation of instruments for measuring latent variables. In basic research, he has been interested by the interrelation between the main elements of design, measurement and analysis that allow to optimize the validity of quasi-experimental and correlational studies. Moreover, he has published in journals in diverse fields such as, Psychology, Medicine, Economics, Education, and Methodology of Social Sciences.
